No co-insurance penalty
Our program only requires that your property is insured at a minimum of $80 per sq ft. There is never a co-insurance penalty should you underinsure your properties.
No minimum earned premium
There is no minimum earned premium with our program should you choose to cancel your policy before the end of your policy term.
